Marketing Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s growth in the Food & Beverage sector. The role combines digital, in‑store, and e‑commerce marketing to boost brand awareness and drive sales across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and revenue.
• Manage all social media platforms, creating content calendars and engaging campaigns.
• Plan and implement in‑store activations in hypermarkets and retail chains such as Carrefour and Lulu.
• Oversee e‑commerce presence on Noon, Talabat, Amazon, and the company website.
• Organise events, activations, and brand promotions.
• Create, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Track performance metrics, generate regular reports, and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to multitask, organise projects and work cross‑functionally.
