Marketing Manager (Freelance)

About the role

LINKVIVA, an events and experience agency founded in 2003, is looking for a freelance Marketing Manager based in Dubai. The role delivers integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and results, from planning through to execution, working closely with clients, partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business and client objectives
• Act as main point of contact for marketing communications with clients and partners
• Manage social, digital, PR, influencer and content marketing activities
• Keep messaging and brand tone consistent across all channels
• Coordinate with external agencies and partners, managing timelines and deliverables
• Oversee the creation and delivery of content and campaign assets
• Monitor campaign performance and report regularly
• Support on-site marketing delivery where required and contribute to post-campaign analysis

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in events, experiential or agency settings
• Experience managing agencies and external partners
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
• Based in the UAE or open to relocation
