About the role

Rixos Hotels is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and inspire a high‑performing team, driving the brand’s strategy across digital, traditional and experiential channels.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Manage the marketing department and ensure effective delivery of campaigns.
Oversee brand positioning and maintain a consistent brand identity.
Design integrated campaigns to acquire, engage and retain customers.
Lead digital initiatives including SEO/SEM, social media, content, email and paid media.
Conduct market research and use data insights to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with senior leadership, sales and revenue teams to align marketing with revenue targets.
Plan and control the marketing budget to maximise ROI.
