Marketing Manager – Industrial/Manufacturing (Sharjah)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to own the marketing function for our established industrial and manufacturing businesses in Sharjah. The role involves developing the annual marketing strategy, leading the team and external partners, and ensuring all activities support commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with sales targets and strategic priorities.
• Lead the marketing team, set priorities, allocate tasks and monitor delivery without day‑to‑day direction.
• Manage brand identity across websites, social media, exhibitions, literature and other communications.
• Oversee digital marketing, SEO, Google campaigns and lead‑generation activities.
• Plan and execute exhibitions, events, product launches and related pre‑ and post‑event activities.
• Provide market intelligence, support sales with collateral and drive targeted marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proven ability to take full ownership of a marketing department and work proactively.
