Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of Aldhafra Resort’s marketing and communications plan, positioning the property as a premier desert destination for families, couples and adventure seekers. Reporting to the Area Director of Marketing, you will drive brand awareness, guest acquisition and revenue growth across all digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive digital, public‑relations and communications strategy aligned with the resort’s overall marketing plan.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive insights.
• Develop and manage the resort’s content strategy, overseeing creation, approval and distribution of all marketing assets.
• Assist the Area Director in budgeting, forecasting monthly expenses and tracking ROI.
• Identify growth opportunities and address gaps in the digital landscape to maintain a forward‑thinking approach.
• Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of digital campaigns to maximise profitability and ROAS.
• Coordinate with external agencies, creative partners and PR firms to ensure timely, high‑quality production and placement of materials.
• Review and proofread press releases, property descriptions and promotional communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing within the hospitality, leisure or tourism sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
