Marketing Manager

About the role

Al Qana is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen its position as a premier lifestyle, leisure, entertainment and dining destination in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on destination marketing, driving footfall, visitor engagement and supporting tenant performance through impactful campaigns, events and activations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and seasonal marketing strategies across digital, social, PR, influencers, outdoor media and events.
• Lead digital marketing, social media and content strategies, managing paid media and monitoring performance.
• Plan and promote festivals, exhibitions, seasonal activities and destination activations.
• Create joint marketing initiatives for F&B, entertainment, leisure and lifestyle offerings, including cross‑promotions and destination packages.
• Build strategic partnerships with tourism organisations, hotels, lifestyle brands and manage influencer collaborations.
• Coordinate with creative, media, PR, digital and event agencies, overseeing budgets, timelines and brand consistency.
• Track campaign performance, footfall, engagement and ROI, preparing regular reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in destination marketing, hospitality, tourism, F&B, retail, leisure or entertainment.
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, paid media and content marketing.
• Demonstrated experience in events, activations, partnerships and experiential marketing.
• Commercial acumen linking marketing activities to footfall, revenue and brand growth.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.
