Marketing Manager

About the role

As Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen BG Group's brand, increase market share and drive revenue growth. You will combine strategic oversight with hands-on campaign execution, manage a team, work with cross-functional stakeholders and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, and conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer insights
• Define and track KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness
• Uphold the brand identity across all touchpoints, keeping visual and messaging consistency in digital and offline materials
• Plan, execute and optimise integrated campaigns across digital (SEO, social, PPC), print, event and direct marketing, and lead product or service launches
• Lead and mentor a small team of marketing specialists, coordinate with external vendors and creative agencies, allocate budgets and manage vendor contracts
• Oversee website content, UX improvements, SEO/SEM strategies and performance analytics; manage social media strategy and content calendar
• Manage online reputation by overseeing customer reviews on Google, social media and review sites
• Organise participation in trade shows, conferences and local events, build media relationships and coordinate public relations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Prior experience in the construction, landscaping or environmental services industry is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, strategic thinking and hands-on campaign experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Required skills

• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite and HubSpot
• SEO/SEM, social media management and digital marketing knowledge
