Marketing Manager - Plastics

About the role

Careers International is recruiting a Marketing Manager for a plastics manufacturer in Dubai. The role plans, develops and implements strategic marketing initiatives to promote the company's plastic products and services, build brand awareness, manage product launches, coordinate campaigns and grow market share. It suits someone with strong analytical skills, creativity and a deep understanding of the manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals, identify market opportunities and assess competitors, and work with product development teams on product launches.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging, manage the online presence (website, social media, email) and create promotional materials such as brochures and product catalogs.
• Oversee digital marketing (SEO/SEM, email, social media), analyse metrics like CTR and conversions, and use online tools to generate leads.
• Conduct market research on customer needs and trends, monitor industry trends, and help turn insights into sales tactics.
• Plan and run campaigns across print, online and trade events, track their effectiveness, and work with external agencies and vendors.
• Support the sales team with collateral and tools, take part in sales meetings and presentations, and ensure marketing supports sales objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget, provide regular performance reports including ROI analysis, and present results to senior management.
• Plan and organise trade shows and exhibitions, and coordinate sponsorships and partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing or the plastics industry.
• Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and product marketing.
