Marketing Manager – Premium Beauty (UAE National)

Amazon Premium Beauty is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive key perception‑building elements of GCC Beauty businesses on both on‑ and off‑platform channels by using content as a medium of communication.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, execute and analyse performance of social media strategies for Beauty, including brand and influencer collaborations and copy‑writing of editorial and branded content.
• Develop and manage category‑specific social properties, increasing engagement and visibility for category priorities through COOP and brand‑focused initiatives.
• Pitch and secure brand collaborations for social media, new campaign launches and influencer‑driven content, and manage customised calendars, performance tracking and brand‑specific activations.
• Implement category‑wise initiatives while spearheading execution and reporting of Amazon Beauty media activations, driving organic and paid media coverage through press releases and other outreach.
• Identify and experiment with emerging platforms such as Pinterest and Snapchat to expand audience reach and drive engagement.
• Create monthly performance scorecards to track key metrics across the Beauty customer lifecycle.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative software (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop/Indesign).
• Experience with marketing analytics and product marketing strategies in online and mobile channels.
• Familiarity with marketing tools including email, web analytics, CRM and marketing automation platforms.
