Marketing Manager, Promotions and Incentives

About the role

As Marketing Manager, Promotions and Incentives you will own the operational delivery and performance of promotional programmes across the Middle East. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will translate strategy into targeted campaigns that drive customer acquisition, activation, retention and win‑back while protecting budget and margin.

Key responsibilities

• Own execution of the Middle East promotional calendar, turning quarterly strategy into lifecycle campaigns.
• Develop and implement promo strategies that influence customer behaviour and deliver ROI.
• Collaborate with CRM, Tech and Data Science to build in‑app and lifecycle offers for the right segments at the right time.
• Manage campaign‑level budgets, track spend, and flag ROI or margin variances.
• Analyse price elasticity, discount depth and run structured A/B tests to determine minimum effective discount.
• Design and run local test‑and‑learn experiments and feed results into broader strategy.
• Produce weekly performance reports and lead post‑campaign analysis.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep offers sharp.
• Build commercial business cases for scaling successful promotions.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in growth marketing, data analytics, commercial strategy or promotions within a high‑growth tech or marketplace environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical rigor with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and BI tools such as Looker.
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests to inform campaign decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage in the UAE market.
