Marketing Officer – Social Media & Digital Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Officer to lead our social media presence and drive digital marketing initiatives. The role focuses on creating engaging content, monitoring performance, and supporting online campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the company’s social media strategy across all platforms.
• Create high‑quality, brand‑aligned content and coordinate with designers, photographers and videographers.
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages and foster community engagement.
• Track, analyse and report social media performance metrics to optimise reach and engagement.
• Maintain and update the corporate website and other online platforms for accuracy.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online advertisements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote initiatives, projects and achievements online.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to propose innovative ideas.
• Prepare monthly reports on social media performance, website traffic and digital engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail for content creation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively.
