Marketing & Sales Executive – Printing & Fabrication

About the role

Colors Pro Advertisement is a leading provider of large‑format printing, CNC routing and laser engraving solutions in the UAE. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Executive to drive new business across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the UAE.
• Promote our printing, branding, CNC and laser services to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and follow‑up communications.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Coordinate closely with production to ensure timely delivery of jobs.
• Manage key accounts, handle customer complaints and maintain sales reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in UAE advertising, signage or printing markets.
• Familiarity with materials such as acrylic, MDF, PVC, vinyl, flex and related substrates.
• Strong closing and negotiation abilities, target‑driven and presentable.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred) and existing client network (preferred).

Required skills

• Large‑format printing (Flex, Vinyl, UV, Eco‑solvent, Backlit, Roll‑ups, Stickers).
• CNC router cutting (MDF, Acrylic, PVC, ACP, Wood).
• Laser cutting and engraving.
• Signage materials handling (Acrylic, MDF, ACP, PVC, Foamboard, Vinyl).
