Marketing & Social Media Executive

About the role

Tammwil is looking for a creative and commercially‑minded Marketing & Social Media Executive to build the public profile of the company and its leadership. The role is hands‑on, covering finance, investment, real estate, entrepreneurship and business across the UAE and GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Manage content on LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Develop content ideas, campaigns and monthly publishing calendars.
• Translate financing concepts, market developments and company activities into compelling posts, captions, scripts, articles and announcements.
• Film and edit short‑form video content.
• Support the Founder’s professional and public profile.
• Manage community engagement and respond to relevant interactions.
• Track reach, follower growth, engagement and inbound enquiries.
• Coordinate photography, video production, events and external collaborations.
• Maintain consistent visual identity and brand positioning.

Required profile

• Experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, communications or public relations.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities.
• Understanding of short‑form video and audience growth.
• Ability to create polished content independently with strong visual judgement.
• Fluency in English; Arabic content ability is a plus.
• Experience with finance, real estate, business or founder‑led brands is beneficial.
