Marketing Specialist – Content & Social Media

About the role

We are looking for two dynamic Marketing Specialists to lead content creation and social media management for our subsidiaries. The role blends creativity with data‑driven insights, leveraging AI tools to produce engaging posts across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage content requirements for subsidiaries’ social media accounts.
• Generate creative ideas, captions, and campaign concepts.
• Utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, and other content‑creation software.
• Prepare and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Coordinate with the design team for visuals, videos, reels, and branded assets.
• Publish approved content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Ensure all output follows brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Monitor trends, suggest new content ideas, and support daily account coordination.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management.
• Strong English writing skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency with AI‑based content tools.
• Good knowledge of major social media platforms and their posting requirements.
• Creative, organised and able to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
