Marketing Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and results‑driven Marketing Specialist to develop and manage marketing activities for our real‑estate services and properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for the company.
• Manage social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate property photography, videography and promotional content.
• Write professional captions, property descriptions and marketing copy.
• Maintain accurate property advertisements on real‑estate platforms.
• Monitor social media engagement, leads and campaign performance, and prepare regular reports.
• Support lead‑generation activities and collaborate with the sales team.
• Conduct market research, track competitors and monitor real‑estate trends.
• Assist in planning and promoting property launches, open houses and company campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing activities simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; experience in real‑estate or digital marketing is a plus.

Required skills

• Canva or similar design tools.
• Basic video editing and content creation.
• Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads (advantage).
• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
