Marketing Studio Technician (Photographer & Videographer)

About the role

The Marketing Studio Technician supports the creation and execution of marketing materials by operating and maintaining studio equipment to produce high‑quality visual content for digital and print platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, and audiovisual tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Capture photographs and videos for social media, websites, publications, and promotional campaigns.
• Support planning, setup, and execution of studio and on‑site photography/videography sessions.
• Edit and post‑produce multimedia content to align with the Academy’s branding and visual standards.
• Maintain organized digital files, media libraries, and production assets.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot basic equipment issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Ensure studio space is clean, organized, and professionally maintained.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience operating studio equipment and supporting multimedia content creation.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding principles, and ability to translate marketing objectives into engaging visual content.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience in photography and videography techniques, including composition, lighting, and framing.
• Technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving related to studio equipment.
• Operating studio equipment such as cameras, lighting, and audiovisual tools.
• Multimedia content creation, editing, and post‑production processes.
