Marketing Trainee – Dior Travel Retail (Dubai)

About the role

Join the Dior Travel Retail team in Dubai as a Marketing Trainee and support the regional marketing department in delivering Dior’s luxury vision across the Middle East. You will work closely with the Marketing Executive and internal stakeholders to help execute brand‑centric campaigns, animations and digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of 360° marketing strategies for product launches.
• Support the creation of weekly performance reports, track key metrics and provide insights on campaign effectiveness.
• Manage in‑and‑out updates to ensure timely communication of marketing activities.
• Contribute to marketing plans for trade animations, ensuring a cohesive brand message.
• Collaborate on a regional animation plan aligned with the global strategy and key customer periods.
• Help implement regional activities with retailers and country teams.
• Update and maintain the brand e‑corner, ensuring engaging and brand‑compliant content.
• Provide weekly competition analysis, monitoring rival campaigns, product launches and strategies.
• Support ad‑hoc tasks such as event organization and preparation of presentations for top‑management visits and regional seminars.

Required profile

• University or business school degree.
• First experience in marketing (approximately 1 month).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, creative and solution‑focused.
