MarTech / CRM Marketing Lead

About the role

You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy for Huspy’s real‑estate market in the UAE. The focus is on building the core infrastructure that drives growth – from high‑converting landing pages to end‑to‑end customer and partner lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Collect insights, scope solutions, align expectations, and manage projects from concept through delivery while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Map the customer journey, define communication journeys across the funnel, and partner with product and sales teams.
• Design, test, and validate data‑driven CRM marketing campaign strategies based on research, benchmarking and product discovery.
• Develop and optimise high‑converting landing pages and communication flows for email, WhatsApp, mobile push and web push.
• Report on campaign performance, measure effectiveness and iterate for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing and customer lifecycle management.
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze; HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud are strong assets.
• Proven ability to design, execute and optimise A/B/n tests across multiple channels.
• Strong data fluency with experience using analytics tools to measure performance, attribution and ROI.
• Start‑up mindset with a passion for experimentation, testing and continuous optimisation.
