Massage Therapist

About the role

The Massage Therapist will recommend and apply body‑conditioning treatments and massages to hotel guests and leisure club members, ensuring a relaxing and therapeutic experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full‑body massages using techniques such as kneading, rubbing and stroking to improve circulation and relieve muscle tension.
• Administer steam, dry‑heat, ultraviolet, infrared or water treatments upon guest request.
• Provide guidance on remedial exercises and record all treatments accurately.
• Maintain tidy treatment rooms stocked with towels, candles, oils and other supplies.
• Handle reservations for massage and treatment packages and operate in line with hotel health, safety and environmental policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in a hotel or spa environment (preferred).
• Relevant certification in massage or related disciplines (preferred).
• Ability to stay calm, courteous and focused on guest needs.
• Eligibility to live and work in Dubai; visa costs covered for selected candidates.

Required skills

• Massage techniques: kneading, rubbing, stroking.
• Heat‑therapy applications: steam, dry heat, UV, infrared, water treatments.
• Accurate treatment recording and reservation handling.
