Maths Teacher - January 2027 Start

About the role

Repton Al Barsha, a Cognita school in the Dubai Science Park, Barsha South, is recruiting a Mathematics Teacher for a January 2027 start. The school currently teaches from Nursery to Year 11 and is growing through to Year 13. The post involves delivering maths in KS3, with GCSE and A Levels in KS4 and KS5.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the subject in KS3, GCSE and A Levels in KS4 and KS5
• Inspire and motivate students of diverse talents and abilities, promoting a love of learning
• Plan and deliver engaging, effective lessons using strong subject knowledge
• Design lessons that encourage deep thinking and engagement
• Adapt teaching approaches to the needs of an inclusive student community
• Build positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents

Required profile

• Bachelor of Education or PGCE with an appropriate specialism
• Experience teaching in a UK setting or a renowned British curriculum / international school
• Experience teaching A Level Maths and Further Mathematics
• Willingness to teach from Year 7 to Year 13, with GCSE and A Level experience; Further Maths experience is advantageous
• Proven track record of learning and teaching, with a passion for inspiring and challenging all learners
