MD & Head of Client Management, Securities Services

About the role

Lead the Client Management function for Securities Services at First Abu Dhabi Bank, overseeing a portfolio across the GCC and Egypt and supporting expansion into Asia. The role combines strategic client planning, revenue growth, and cross‑functional delivery to strengthen FAB’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L of the existing Securities Services client portfolio, driving revenue growth, wallet penetration and client retention.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, coordinating with Product, Sales, Operations, Legal and Compliance.
• Lead a high‑performing Client Management team, setting standards for senior client engagement and service delivery.
• Act as senior relationship owner for strategic institutional clients, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring long‑term partnership.
• Support the commercial build‑out of FAB’s Asia expansion and adapt service delivery to regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• 15+ years senior experience in client management, relationship management or commercial leadership within financial services, preferably in securities services.
• Deep understanding of securities services products such as custody, clearing, fund administration and securities finance.
• Proven track record of managing senior institutional client relationships and delivering revenue growth.
• Experience leading senior teams and driving cross‑functional execution.
