Medical Claims Executive

About the role

Doo Wealth Insurance Brokers is looking for a Medical Claims Executive to manage medical insurance claims and provide end-to-end claims support to individual and corporate clients. The role coordinates with insurers, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), healthcare providers and clients to ensure timely claim processing, effective resolution of claim issues and a high standard of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage medical insurance claims, including reimbursement claims, follow-ups and settlement tracking.
• Coordinate with insurers, TPAs, healthcare providers and clients to resolve claim queries, delays and rejections.
• Review claim documentation and help reconsider declined or disputed claims.
• Maintain accurate claims records, monitor pending cases and prepare periodic reports.
• Provide excellent client service and ensure timely communication and resolution of claims issues.
• Organize and coordinate on-site wellness programs for SME and corporate clients, such as health screenings, medical check-ups and health awareness activities.
• Liaise with healthcare providers and wellness partners to plan and run corporate wellness initiatives.
• Work with the Sales and Account Management teams to improve client engagement, retention and value-added services.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, confidentiality requirements and applicable UAE regulations.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in medical insurance claims or medical insurance brokerage, preferably in the UAE.
