Medical Core System Transformation Lead

About the role

The Medical Core System Transformation Lead will drive the end‑to‑end modernization of Orient Insurance's core medical platform. This senior role is accountable for delivering business outcomes, timelines, and value realization across claims, policy administration, benefits, provider management and clinical integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design and execution of the medical core system transformation program, translating enterprise strategy into a phased migration roadmap.
• Own transformation across claims adjudication, policy configuration, provider network management and utilization management, moving from monolithic legacy platforms to configurable API‑driven solutions.
• Partner with medical, operations, finance, actuarial, compliance and provider relations teams to ensure accurate digitisation of business rules and clinical workflows.
• Manage vendor and system‑integrator engagements, governing solution design, deployment quality and contractual commitments.
• Establish program governance, manage multi‑workstream delivery and minimise disruption to ongoing operations.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in health insurance, payer operations or healthcare technology.
• Proven leadership of large‑scale core system transformation programmes in medical insurance.
