Medical Sales Representative – Dubai

About the role

A well-established pharmaceutical company is hiring a medical sales representative in Dubai/UAE. The role delivers scientific information on prescription and over-the-counter drugs to the widest possible number of healthcare professionals (HCPs) in clinics, hospitals and pharmacies, either individually or in groups.

Key responsibilities

• Keep scientific knowledge of drugs and diseases up to date.
• Manage a master list of doctors and pharmacists, planning visits, group presentations and attendance at medical events and congresses.
• In pharmacy settings: share scientific information, check stock availability, service orders, run educational events, take orders where allowed and collect market feedback.
• Maximise sales in existing accounts and plan penetration of new accounts.
• Prepare and propose tenders and build financial and technical offers.
• Address customer issues promptly and maintain complete product documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Science or Sciences.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
• Availability in the UAE is mandatory; a UAE driving licence and father/husband visa are also required.
