Medical Science Liaison – Pulmonary Hypertension (Gulf)

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) will serve as a scientific bridge between Johnson & Johnson and leading healthcare professionals across the Gulf region. Based in Dubai, the MSL will communicate the value of our PAH portfolio, share emerging clinical data, and support the development of scientific relationships that drive optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network of key opinion leaders, including physicians, pharmacists, hospital managers, and scientific society board members.
• Provide peer‑to‑peer scientific education on company products, treatment trends, and clinical studies.
• Gather insights on therapeutic area needs, treatment patterns, and emerging scientific activities.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs to align regional activities with the global medical strategy.
• Stay current with medical literature, guidelines, and competitive intelligence in PAH.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in medical affairs or scientific liaison roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of pulmonary hypertension pathophysiology and treatment landscape.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior clinical experts.
