Membership Manager – Fitness Sales & Marketing

About the role

The Membership Manager will drive sales and marketing for multiple F45 branches in Dubai through telesales, digital campaigns, and business partnerships. You will be the primary point of contact for leads, converting them into members while representing the F45 brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage telemarketing activities and guide leads through the sales journey using the provided CRM.
• Engage daily with leads from social media ads, walk‑ins, and referrals.
• Achieve high conversion rates through consultative selling and accurate information about F45 workouts and membership options.
• Produce daily and monthly sales performance reports.
• Maintain prompt, high‑quality responses to ensure excellent service levels.
• Coordinate with social media agencies to optimise ad performance and marketing spend.
• Develop partnerships with local schools, corporates, and retailers to generate additional leads.
• Create social media content that educates and promotes the effectiveness of F45 workouts.

Required profile

• Graduation or diploma in a relevant field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in fitness or wellness.
• Passion for fitness and nutrition.
• Strong spoken and written English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software.
• Familiarity with task‑management tools.
• Proficiency in managing social‑media channels.
• Ability to design content using Canva.
