MEP Manager – Construction Projects in Abu Dhabi

About the role

The MEP Manager will lead all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing activities for construction projects in Abu Dhabi, ensuring seamless coordination between disciplines, subcontractors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and supervise MEP works, including design review, installation and commissioning.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety and compliance with project specifications, local regulations and Abu Dhabi building codes.
• Coordinate daily with project management, consultants and clients, attending coordination meetings and updating documentation.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams and resolve on‑site technical issues.
• Optimize resources and support procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
• Ensure proper testing, commissioning and hand‑over of MEP systems.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of MEP management experience, with at least 5 years in Abu Dhabi.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi building codes, standards and authority requirements.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary site teams and manage interfaces between mechanical, electrical and plumbing works.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
