MEP Technician - Farm

About the role

The MEP Technician will support the farm’s mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure in Abu Dhabi. Working on‑site, you will ensure all systems run efficiently, safely and in compliance with local regulations, directly contributing to the farm’s productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems across farm facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of all MEP installations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults, using appropriate diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with agricultural teams to understand specific operational needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety and environmental standards.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist in planning and executing upgrades or modifications to MEP systems as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in MEP systems preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience as an MEP Technician, preferably in an agricultural or farm environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Physically capable of handling the demands of the role; valid driver’s licence may be required.
