Mid-Level Interior Designer - Hospitality

About the role

A leading hospitality interior design firm in Dubai is looking for a mid-level interior designer to take on greater project ownership on luxury hotels, restaurants and F&B venues. The role covers the full design process, from concept through to completion, and suits a creative designer with a solid hospitality background.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of high-end hospitality projects from concept through to completion
• Develop creative and functional design concepts aligned with client briefs and brand standards
• Support the management of project timelines and deliverables, working with senior designers and external consultants
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, schedules and presentations
• Guide and support junior designers and design assistants
• Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery

Required profile

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in interior design, focused on hospitality projects
• Portfolio showing hotel, restaurant or F&B design work
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, FF&E selection and technical detailing
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage directly with clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate

• Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Rendering tools such as 3ds Max or V-Ray
