Mid Market Account Executive (Dubai)

About the role

Elastic is looking for a dynamic Mid‑Market Account Executive to drive new‑logo revenue in the Dubai territory. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, promoting Elastic’s AI‑powered search, observability and security platform to mid‑market organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new mid‑market accounts, generating 100 % net‑new revenue.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, including cold outreach, discovery, solution design, negotiation and close.
• Position Elastic as the preferred Search AI platform by articulating cloud economics, usage‑based pricing and modern data architectures.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers transform structured and unstructured data into actionable insights.
• Promote both Elastic’s commercial features and open‑source offerings, uncovering new use cases and expanding adoption.
• Develop strategic territory plans leveraging community, partner and customer ecosystems.

Required profile

• Proven track record of selling enterprise‑software solutions to mid‑market customers.
• Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence multiple stakeholders.
• Technical curiosity with the capacity to discuss search, observability and security technologies.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS or cloud‑based platforms.
• Understanding of AI‑driven search, observability or security solutions.
• Familiarity with open‑source software business models.
