Mid Market Account Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Deliveroo is seeking a Mid Market Account Manager to manage a portfolio of restaurant partners in Abu Dhabi, focusing on high‑performing local gems and selected national chains. You will work closely with partners to improve performance, drive marketing initiatives and grow their business on the Deliveroo platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid‑market restaurant partners as the main point of contact.
• Build strong relationships and conduct regular performance and business reviews.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities to increase order volume.
• Monitor operational metrics and support partners in improving service quality.
• Drive adoption of Deliveroo marketing tools, promotions and campaigns.
• Support partner onboarding and expansion onto the platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, commercial) to resolve issues and ensure partner success.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in a commercial role within a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a proven track record of identifying growth opportunities.
• Analytical capability to interpret performance data.
