Minibar Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Minibar Attendant to join our luxury resort team in Dubai. You will ensure that every in‑room Refreshment Center is perfectly stocked, clean, and ready for our guests, contributing to an unforgettable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and replenish minibar items in guest rooms according to company standards.
• Check arrival, departure and occupied rooms to verify stock levels.
• Accurately record and report guest consumption to the coordinator.
• Complete all opening and closing procedures for the minibar area.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation, health, safety and ISO standards.
• Deliver exceptional service while upholding the highest quality and guest‑satisfaction standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role (e.g., Minibar Attendant, Restaurant or Bar Waiter).
• Confident, reliable team player with strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude, ability to work well under pressure.
• Good spoken English, flexibility, punctuality and a strong commitment to guest service.
