MIS Executive – Aftersales Systems Support

About the role

The MIS Executive will support frontline service staff across all branches, ensuring efficient system operations and accurate master data management within the Aftersales department. This role focuses on SAP issue resolution, package maintenance, and revenue‑enhancing system integration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide system support to service staff, resolving queries within 48 hours and coordinating with Aftersales, Finance and EIT teams.
• Manage PDI package creation, modification and alignment with approved pricing, and oversee DIO accessories package setup for required models.
• Support campaign rollouts by handling package uploads and system management throughout the campaign timeline.
• Upload Service Advisor shifts and technician schedules to ensure smooth appointment booking and time‑clocking.
• Resolve WIP, special discount issues and maintain overall system accuracy.

Required profile

• Graduate or Diploma holder, preferably with automotive experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including background as a Pricing Analyst/Assistant.
• Mandatory automotive aftersales experience.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP IS AUTO.
• Data warehousing, data management and data quality checking.
