Mortgage Team Leader

About the role

Huspy builds an AI-powered operating system for real estate and mortgage brokers across Europe and the Middle East. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Mortgage Team Leader in Abu Dhabi to lead and mentor a team of mortgage advisors, oversee daily operations and deliver high-quality service to clients seeking home financing.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate and monitor workloads, review mortgage applications and support team members in meeting performance targets and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Analyze team performance data, identify process improvements and contribute to strategic initiatives that improve the mortgage offering.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or a related field; professional certifications in finance or mortgage advisory are an advantage.
• Knowledge of finance and financial services, preferably with experience in mortgages, lending or banking.
• Background in accounting and auditing to ensure accuracy, quality control and compliance.
• Proven experience leading teams, setting targets and coaching colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the UAE or regional mortgage and real estate markets is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and evaluate mortgage options.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, digital tools and data-driven decision-making in financial or real estate contexts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
