Mortgages Team Lead (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Mortgages Team Lead to manage and develop a team of 15+ Mortgage Consultants in Abu Dhabi. The role is responsible for driving monthly and quarterly loan disbursal targets while maintaining high standards of governance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage performance of the mortgage consulting team, including onboarding and ramp‑up.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and loan disbursal targets.
• Provide hands‑on enablement across CRM systems, mortgage processes and industry best practices.
• Manage customer experience, handling escalations and complex cases.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and UAE banking regulations.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Contribute to hiring, scaling and strategic growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a mortgage or financial services leadership role (e.g., Team Leader, Sales Manager).
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets through effective team leadership.
• Deep understanding of the UAE mortgage market and banking practices (preferred).
• Excellent communication, coaching and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
