Multi Property Commercial Director

About the role

The Multi Property Commercial Director will shape and execute the commercial strategy for the Marriott Tribute Portfolio hotels within The First Group Hospitality portfolio. Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, the role drives revenue growth across rooms, food & beverage, meetings & events and ancillary streams while ensuring alignment with brand standards and ownership objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a multi‑property commercial strategy that meets RevPAR, market share and profitability targets.
• Partner with hotel leadership to set pricing, channel mix and demand‑generation plans.
• Oversee Sales and Marketing teams across all properties, ensuring cohesive brand activation and revenue delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics, translate objectives into actionable plans with clear ownership and timelines.
• Foster a high‑performing commercial culture and drive continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a commercial leader managing multiple upscale hotels.
• Track record of delivering revenue growth, market share gains and profitability in a hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai and GCC hotel markets.
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
