Multi-property Director of Finance City Cluster

About the role

The Multi-property Director of Finance leads the financial strategy for a cluster of hotels in Dubai, including Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre, Aloft Dubai Airport, Element Dubai Airport, and Aloft & Element Al Mina. As a member of the Executive Committee, the role shapes and implements financial plans that support brand objectives and deliver strong financial results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual operating budget and business plan for the property cluster.
• Provide analytical support for budget reviews, cost‑saving initiatives and productivity improvements.
• Lead finance and accounting teams, oversee internal, external and regulatory audits, and ensure accurate profit‑and‑loss reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations and Revenue Managers to create effective revenue‑management strategies.
• Manage working capital, cash flow and capital‑expenditure projects in line with brand SOPs and owner expectations.
• Monitor taxes, ensure timely reporting and support the preparation of financial statements.

Required profile

• 4‑year bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with at least 2 years relevant experience, OR a master’s degree in Finance/Accounting with no experience required.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and guide cross‑functional teams.
