Multiple Hospitality Roles – Guest Service, Barista, Waiter, Commis, Kitchen Steward

About the role

The company, a growing food‑and‑beverage enterprise in Sharjah, is hiring for five front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house positions. Candidates will join a dynamic team delivering guest service, beverage preparation, table service, kitchen support and sanitation.

Key responsibilities

• Guest Service Associate – greet guests, manage reservations, answer inquiries and provide assistance, with Arabic as the primary language.
• Barista – prepare specialty coffees, teas and cold drinks while maintaining espresso bar hygiene.
• Waiter – present menus, take orders, serve meals and ensure quick table turnover.
• Commis 1 – assist chefs with ingredient preparation, mise‑en‑place and cooking support.
• Kitchen Steward – clean cookware, operate dishwashing equipment and uphold kitchen sanitation standards.

Required profile

• UAE residency (UAE‑based candidates only).
• Prior experience in food‑and‑beverage or hospitality preferred.
• Arabic fluency mandatory for Guest Service Associate and preferred for Barista.
• Good command of English for all roles.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols.
