Multi‑Skilled Technician (HVAC & Refrigeration)

About the role

The Multi‑Skilled Technician supports Four Points by Sheraton guests by responding to repair requests, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all building systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to guest repair requests, communicate solutions, and log daily activities for shift hand‑over.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic controls, kitchen equipment and landscaping systems.
• Inspect, clean, lubricate tools and equipment; replace filters, bulbs, switches and minor components.
• Use lockout/tagout procedures, operate shut‑off valves, and maintain inventory of parts and supplies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Some experience in general maintenance, painting, surface preparation, or hotel engineering.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to lift up to 50 lb unassisted.
