Night Concierge – Luxury Residence Services

About the role

The Night Concierge provides premium, round‑the‑clock service to owners and guests of W Residences, handling requests, coordinating services and ensuring a seamless, high‑touch experience throughout the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to owners’ and guests’ requests for information, transportation, reservations, dry‑cleaning and other services, arranging providers as needed.
• Announce and authorize all visitors, contractors and service personnel, logging access in the key‑track system.
• Answer, record and process calls, messages and inquiries, routing them to the appropriate department (engineer, bellperson, housekeeping, etc.).
• Assist with owners’ reservation services (HRS), elevator scheduling for move‑ins/outs, and bell/valet coordination for vehicle requests.
• Perform Lobby Ambassador duties, review shift logs, and document pertinent information in logbooks.
• Report incidents, accidents or unsafe conditions to management and complete required safety training.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of related hospitality or concierge experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to maintain professional appearance, confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
