Night Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Rixos Al Mairid is looking for an experienced Night Manager to lead the overnight team and ensure exceptional guest service. The role represents hotel management during night hours and oversees all front office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all hotel departments during night shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
• Monitor property security, handle emergencies, and manage safety protocols.
• Prepare nightly reports and handover notes for the day staff.
• Assist overnight staff with tasks and act as the first point of contact for guest escalations.
• Greet and escort VIP guests, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
• Oversee front desk, telephone operators, concierge, and bell staff, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Manage late arrivals and early departures, following check‑in/check‑out procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a Night Manager or Front Office supervisory role within a luxury hotel.
• Strong knowledge of front office operations, night auditing, and guest relations.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with hotel property management systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
