Nurse Supervisor

About the role

The Nurse Supervisor provides clinical guidance, direction and support for nurses and caregivers across the facility, ensuring safe and efficient operation of all clinical areas.

Key responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direct clinical nursing care when required, including wearing the NMC nursing uniform.
• Conduct regular clinical rounds with the inter‑professional team and with patients to support patient experience and act on feedback.
• Manage staffing, movement of nursing staff, admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Perform essential life support procedures such as BLS, PALS, ACLS and Neonatal Resuscitation.
• Lead quality initiatives, internal audits, KPI monitoring and development of policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Registered nurse license with the relevant health authority and required qualifications.
• Proven experience managing multiple departments and teams.
• Ability to influence change, make decisions and communicate effectively in English.
• Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card.
