About the role

We are seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to lead the Accident & Emergency (A&E) unit, ensuring clinical excellence, patient safety and efficient operations in a fast‑paced emergency environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide strong leadership and management guidance to the nursing team.
Ensure evidence‑based patient care practices align with clinical standards.
Develop staff, foster engagement and promote positive patient experiences.
Manage clinical and non‑clinical resources cost‑effectively to support safe patient care.
Monitor compliance with legislative, regulatory and clinical standards and drive continuous quality improvement.

Required profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (essential).
3‑5 years senior‑level A&E nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital.
Knowledge of trauma care pathways, emergency response protocols and multidisciplinary trauma team coordination.
Desired: Master’s degree in Nursing or related field and trauma‑related certification (e.g., TNCC, ATCN).

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
