About the role
We are seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to lead the Accident & Emergency (A&E) unit, ensuring clinical excellence, patient safety and efficient operations in a fast‑paced emergency environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and management guidance to the nursing team.
- Ensure evidence‑based patient care practices align with clinical standards.
- Develop staff, foster engagement and promote positive patient experiences.
- Manage clinical and non‑clinical resources cost‑effectively to support safe patient care.
- Monitor compliance with legislative, regulatory and clinical standards and drive continuous quality improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (essential).
- 3‑5 years senior‑level A&E nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital.
- Knowledge of trauma care pathways, emergency response protocols and multidisciplinary trauma team coordination.
- Desired: Master’s degree in Nursing or related field and trauma‑related certification (e.g., TNCC, ATCN).
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
