Nursing Trainer (DHA, DOH/HAAD, MOH) – Tagalog

About the role

Promet Prep seeks an experienced Tagalog‑speaking Nursing Trainer to design and deliver high‑quality preparation programs for nurses targeting GCC licensing exams such as DHA, DOH/HAAD, MOH UAE and various Prometric exams. The role involves creating bilingual (Tagalog‑English) instructional content and supporting continuous professional development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the established curriculum and training modules, focusing on high‑yield exam topics.
• Record structured, topic‑wise video lectures and educational content for online delivery.
• Develop and support CPD/CME training programs, educational videos, podcasts, webinars, and clinical awareness sessions.
• Contribute to marketing and brand development through recorded educational materials.

Required profile

• Relevant clinical and/or teaching experience in nursing.
• Fluent in Tagalog with strong presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing and a valid nursing license.
• Comfortable delivering online lectures and recorded content on camera.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of nursing concepts and GCC licensing exam requirements.
• Ability to develop academic content and training materials.
• Interest in healthcare business development and networking.
