Odoo Systems & Adoption Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Odoo Systems & Adoption Specialist to become the internal owner of our Odoo platform. You will support users, enforce process discipline, drive continuous improvements, and ensure the system delivers reliable operational data across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day Odoo operations and user queries.
• Monitor adoption, identify gaps, and enforce agreed workflow and data‑entry standards.
• Design and deliver training, onboarding sessions and refresher courses for all relevant Odoo modules.
• Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, process notes and training materials.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions and basic configuration following management approvals.
• Support workflow setup and optimisation across CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Projects, HR and Manufacturing.
• Gather business requirements, map current processes and coordinate approved changes with internal teams or external Odoo partners.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, document defects and coordinate escalations.
• Maintain data quality by correcting incomplete, duplicate or outdated records.
• Develop dashboards, reports and routine checks to give management visibility of system usage and performance.
• Assist with testing, user acceptance, release communication and change management for new modules or upgrades.

Required profile

• Current Odoo certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on Odoo functional experience.
• Professional experience in the UAE and familiarity with local business practices.
• Resident of the UAE and able to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
