About the role

Join haus & haus as an Off Plan Property Consultant in Dubai, advising investors and buyers on the latest off‑plan launches and high‑potential projects across the city.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with investors and buyers interested in off‑plan property.
• Advise clients on the latest developer launches and investment opportunities.
• Manage the full sales journey from enquiry to reservation.
• Stay ahead of market trends, new projects, and developer offerings.
• Attend launches, exhibitions, and networking events to generate new business.
• Deliver exceptional client service and long‑term relationship management.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive lead generation.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in a client‑facing role.
• Real estate experience (Dubai market or off‑plan preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious, and target‑driven.
• A genuine interest in property investment and the Dubai market.
