About the role
HBX Engineering Consultants is seeking a reliable and well‑organized Office Assistant to join its Business Bay office in Dubai. The role supports daily office operations, ensures a professional environment for visitors, and assists staff with administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain office cleanliness and overall organization.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors.
- Support meetings and receive visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle basic office errands, including printing, photocopying, filing, and document delivery.
- Assist staff with day‑to‑day administrative and office support tasks.
- Monitor pantry and office supplies, notifying management when replenishment is needed.
Required profile
- Previous office experience in the UAE is preferred.
- Professional and presentable demeanor with good basic English communication.
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
- Ability to perform general office support duties independently.
