Office Manager

About the role

MD Real Estate is looking for an accomplished Office Manager to take full ownership of its Abu Dhabi office operations. The role combines strong operational discipline with excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving capabilities to ensure a professional, efficient and well‑structured workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day administration of the Abu Dhabi office, maintaining a high‑standard, organized environment.
• Develop, document and continuously improve office procedures, workflows and internal controls.
• Oversee facilities, equipment, supplies, maintenance and access, acting as the primary point of contact for all office‑related matters.
• Provide high‑level administrative support to senior management, coordinating meetings, appointments and preparing reports, presentations and other documentation.
• Track management action points, deadlines and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, contractors and building management, handling quotations, purchases, contracts and performance monitoring.
• Monitor office‑related expenditures, process purchase requests, invoices and approvals in line with company procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in office or facilities management, preferably in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong operational discipline with the ability to anticipate needs and minimise disruptions.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to create structure, improve processes and maintain high standards of workplace presentation.
• Detail‑oriented with solid record‑keeping and administrative control capabilities.
