Officer, Digital Onboarding & Commercialization Emiratized Role

About the role

The Officer, Digital Onboarding & Commercialization (Emiratized) supports the Indemnities team in managing customer exit requests, retaining relationships and ensuring smooth processing of EOSB cases. The role involves assessing financial standing, proposing retention solutions and coordinating with multiple bank departments.

Key responsibilities

• Screen customers' financial records from credit and risk perspectives and propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and submit management proposals for EOSB cases to continue borrowing relationships while managing risk exposure.
• Collaborate proactively with Credit, Collections, Operations, Risk, branches and relationship managers to identify risks and retention opportunities.
• Assess customers' financial standing post‑employment settlement and obtain guarantees or documents to support continued relationships.
• Handle operational acceptance of EOSB batches, apply alerts, and earmark accounts as required.
• Manage internal and external communications to enhance customer experience.
• Represent the Indemnities department in meetings with customers and ensure departmental TATs are met.
• Maintain up‑to‑date MIS, produce weekly/monthly reports and escalate risk or process breaches.

Required profile

• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of banking products, policies, systems and campaigns.
• Ability to perform primary financial screening and present customer perspectives.
• Team‑working orientation and effective communication with multiple business units.
• Knowledge of banking systems and risk assessment processes.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar banking role.
• Commitment to adhere to SOPs, code of conduct and service standards.
